Eileen Parsons, born in Jacksonville, Florida, is a 1982 graduate with honors from the University of Denver and a 1988 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami Law School, where she was a member and Associate Notes Editor of the University of Miami Law Review as well as the Order of the Coif. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Middle Districts. Ms. Parsons specializes in disability insurance, professional liability, and directors and officers insurance actions.  Ms. Parsons specializes as well in the negotiation of insurance policies for her clients. Ms. Parsons' strong commercial litigation background, with particular emphasis in antitrust, RICO and fraud claims, provides an excellent complement to her insurance coverage and bad faith litigation practice. She also is an active member of Lawyers for Children America and has served as both District Legal Counsel and Deputy District Administrator for the Department of Children & Families.
