Karen Larson is a 1974 graduate, cum laude, of Brown University (M.A. Teaching) and a 1973 graduate, cum laude, of Vassar College (B.A. History). After teaching for ten years, she graduated with honors in 1988 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she scored the top mark in three courses, including her senior thesis in Labor Law.

Upon graduation she joined Hardt & Stewart, in Naples, Florida, and in 1990, she lateraled to Frost & Jacobs, a 350 plus attorney, Cincinnati-based firm (now Frost Brown Todd LLC) where she worked as a litigation associate.

After managing her own firm in Florida for five years, Ms. Larson joined Gerry & Lear in 1999 and then Century Law Group.
