Lawyer Overview

I have been providing legal services for clients for over 25 years. I have represented individuals who die without a will, prepared simple and complex estate planning services (wills, trusts, etc), planned significant tax savings strategies and handled many probates. I have represented businesses (large and small), homeowners, investors, and developers. I have represented clients suing and those being sued, clients in divorces, and clients with major litigation. I have structured complex real estate matters, represented first time home buyers, and handled complex lawsuits, etc.

My practice is representing my client. No matter what the case, big or small, I know that the case is extremely important to my client. I therefore strive to be responsive, compassionate, and dedicated to providing superlative services to my clients to assure them that their legal concerns are met and exceeded.
