Lawyer Overview

SUSAN J. MARGUET is a partner in our Delafield office where she practices in the fields of real estate, litigation and municipal law.

Ms. Marguet, a graduate of Indiana University (B.B.A., cum laude, 1977) and Indiana University School of Law (J.D., 1980), is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin; the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.

She is a former president of the Association for Women Lawyers and has chaired various committees for the Milwaukee Bar Association. Ms. Marguet has lectured for the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Corporate Practice Institute and the League of Wisconsin Municipalities. She has served as a volunteer mediator for the MBA case mediation program.

In 1984, she was honored by the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association/LAW Volunteer Lawyers Project with an Award for Outstanding Service by an Individual. Ms. Marguet currently serves as Secretary of the Kettle Moraine Food Pantry, legal counsel for Christ the King Lutheran Church in Delafield, Secretary of Summer Stage of Delafield, Inc., Secretary of the Kettle Moraine High School PTO, and President-Elect of the Kettle Moraine Garden Club.

She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar Association.
