For over 25 years, Irv Miller has provided personalized and professional services in the area of criminal law. He obtained his law degree in 1975 and began his career as an assistant states attorney serving in juvenile court and then prosecuting both misdemeanor and major felony cases. In 1985 he ventured into the private practice specializing in juvenile and criminal defense. He has tried hundreds of cases in federal and state court in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs as well as federal cases throughout the country. In addition to defending numerous murder cases, he has also defended white collar matters as well as other criminal cases. He has served as a legal analyst for WGN-TV, WFLD-TV as well as most recently on WBBM-TV.
