Charles Rausch has concentrated his practice in real estate and land use representing townships, municipal authorities, zoning hearing boards and developers throughout York County. Mr. Rausch currently serves as solicitor for Springettsbury Township, Dover Township, Windsor Township, Stewartstown Borough Authority, Newberry Township Municipal Authority and the Penn Township Zoning Hearing Board. Mr. Rausch is Chairman of the Municipal Law Practice Committee of the York County Bar Association, and is Chairman of the firm’s Municipal Law Department. Mr. Rausch is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, and serves as a volunteer coordinator for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University course at St. Patrick Church in York.
