I am a dynamic, powerful litigator in divorce matters. I am also a counselor that guides my clients through the turmoil they find themselves in and help them find new futures for themselves and their children. I believe in the dynamic result orientated, holistic approach to law, that is we assist our clients to heal the pain, panic, fear from divorce, financial stresses, separation, or a custody battle. I help my clients adjust to the new reality of their lives. I am caring, strong, dynamic, appropriately aggressive, (when need be), supporting family divorce law advocate and litigation attorney. I make sure to help my clients achieve their goals and their full potential in life and preserve their assets or obtain their fair share of assets and support.

I seek justice for all of my clients, navigating through the complex arena of the court system. Investigating location of hidden assets, or preserving existing assets. During the divorce process a custody battle, I am providing support, comfort, and encouragement to my clients. I am a fierce advocate for each client. I use the legal system to protect their rights and achieve their goals. I use all legal tools appropriate for the task, including standard litigation, and also alternatives like negotiation, mediation, arbitration. My philosophy is in finding solutions to your family law problems, and I help my clients resume their lives upon resolving the family law disputes.

As an expert negotiator, I am intuitive, creative and charismatic. I read the opposing attorney's tactics, then destroy their strategies, achieving successful outcomes as an experienced trial attorney. I have researched and drafted law and motions for hundreds of motions with a 90% success rate. I deliver the results that my clients desire!
