Gary, a Colorado native, has been a practicing trial attorney since he was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1977. He has built a track record of honest, straight forward approach to resolving legal problems, attempting first to resolve disputes through mutual agreement, and aggressive representation when settlement is not possible. He is a strong advocate for minimizing conflicts in cases both between parties and between counsel as well as conflicts inherent in our Court system.
Gary has spoken to various professional groups on diverse legal topics. He is active in the Colorado Bar Association, American Bar Association, Arraj Inn of Court and the Denver Law Club. He has served as Vice Chair of the Family Law Committee in the General Practice Section of the American Bar Association.
Gary holds a law degree from the University of Denver. In his leisure time, Gary enjoys running (having completed the New York marathon on many occasions), traveling, reading and music.
