ANN K. CHANDLER is a partner in our Delafield office where her practice is primarily real estate law, including the representation of shopping centers, office parks and residential developers in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of real property.

Ms. Chandler is a graduate of Marquette University (1984) and Marquette University Law School (J.D., 1987) where she was a member of the Marquette Law Review. She was awarded the Thomas More, Marquette Lawyer's Association, Zilber and Wisconsin Land Title scholarships.

Ms. Chandler has been a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Law School and an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Florida and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Ms. Chandler is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Waukesha County Bar Association. Ms. Chandler is also licensed to practice law in Florida.
