Michael J. Eagen, Jr., contributes nearly 35 years of professional experience to the Foley Law Firm. Prior to being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1970, Mr. Eagen attended the University of Scranton (B.S., 1965) and Temple University (J.D., 1970). From 1970 to 1971, he served as a Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Eagen has taught as an Associate Professor at the University of Scranton and Pennsylvania State University, as well as serving as a Solicitor for the Coroner's Office. He had been an Attorney-Examiner for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board from 1971 - 1990.

Mr. Eagen is a member of several professional organizations, including the Million Dollar Advocate Forum; the Lackawanna County, Monroe County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations; the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association; and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Currently, Mr. Eagen is a Resident at our Stroudsburg office. He focuses his practice on personal injury, civil litigation, and medical malpractice law.
