Richard A. Heller, P.A. was formed by Richard A. Heller in 1991. He has been serving the Central Florida community since 1988. His firm places emphasis on bankruptcy, family law, wills and probate, residential real estate transactions, and criminal law. Our goal is to provide quality representation at a reasonable fee, to resolve conflicts, and to provide for the needs of our clients. We take pride in our positive client relations and our reputation within the legal community. If he cannot assist you in your legal matter, he will endeavor to find a highly qualified attorney who can assist you.

Our firm is rated in the prestigious Martindale-Hubble Law Directory as "High to Very High." Our firm is a long standing member of the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida. Richard A. Heller has been a participant in the local public broadcast program 'Ask a Lawyer,' has taught business law as an adjunct professor and is a frequent quest lecturer on the areas of his practice. Office Hours: Our normal office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by special appointment. Our office hours will vary during any holiday period. Parking: Our law office is located in the College Park Legal Building in the heart of picturesque College Park; a mere 5 minutes from downtown Orlando. Parking is available on the street, or we having parking available at the rear of our office. Handicapped accessible parking is also available at the rear of our building.
 
Initial Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees for debtor bankruptcy, criminal, or family law matters are free. All other areas of law are prorated at our normal and customary hourly rate. Methods of Payment: Depending upon your case, we may accept cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, bank wires, MasterCard/Visa and some major legal insurance programs.
