With over twenty-seven years of legal experience with a wide breadth of traditional labor and employment in both the public and private sectors and from the perspectives of a private, government and in-house counsel, Julie emphasizes practical solutions to employee and labor relations problems. Thoughtful planning and foresight can reduce but not totally eliminate an employer's exposure to employment and labor related disputes and claims. When claims are made or union disputes arise or lawsuits are filed, Julie’s experience underscores effective advocacy.
