- Lambos & Junge was formed on January 1, 1996 from the firms
- of Lambos & Giardino and Lilly Sullivan Barkan & Junge.
- The new firm is a full service law firm with a practice
- concentrating in the areas of maritime litigation, labor and
- employment, ERISA, business and insurance law. Lambos &
- Junge's clients span a broad spectrum of industries and
- include maritime entities, employer associations, foreign
- and domestic insurers. P & I Clubs, transportation
- companies, banking and financial services corporations,
- manufacturing concerns, health care organizations, and
- social service agencies.
- The firm has an active trial practice, jury and non-jury, in
- various federal and state jurisdictions Lambos & Junge has
- an extensive appellate practice, including successful U.S.
- Supreme Court advocacy.
- The firm of Lambos & Gardino traced its origins to a law
- partnership formed in 1920 by the Law School Deans of
- New York University and Fordham University, and earned its
- reputation as skillful management attorneys in labor
- disputes. C. Peter Lambos carries forth that tradition as
- Lambos & Junge's Senior Partner.
- Lilly Sullivan Barkan & Junge was organized at the end of
- World War II under the name of Stapleton, Flynn & Lilly. It
- engaged in a general law practice concentrating in admiralty
- and maritime litigation. The firm established a reputation
- as effective trial counsel in personal injury, insurance and
- commercial matters. Peter A. Junge brings this experience
- to Lambos & Junge as a Managing Partner.
