Attorney Bruce R. Epstein is certified as a Specialist in Consumer Bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. During the past twenty years, he has assisted thousands of local residents and small businesses with their filing of Chapter 7, 11, or 13 Bankruptcies.

Attorney Epstein believes that clients are entitled to receive personal attention from qualified legal counsel, so he meets with each client personally to analyze their needs and to formulate a plan to relieve their financial burden. Because of this philosophy, clients are not interviewed by paralegals or inexperienced associates, nor do they have a stranger appear with them at any Hearings which may be held in their case. Attorney Epstein is with them throughout the procedure.

Filing of Bankruptcy is not recommended for everyone who comes to the office. During the free Initial conference, Attorney Epstein and the client review the debts and classify them; review Income and living expenses; and review financial history and transactions. The Bankruptcy alternatives are then presented to the client for consideration.
