Jason Kim is a counsel in O'Melveny & Myers' Los Angeles office. He has experience in white-collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation. Since joining O'Melveny, he has worked on a number of class actions in the healthcare field, including representation of a major health insurer in actions alleging RICO violations arising out of physician payment practices and representation of one of the nation's largest hospital chains in an action alleging state law RICO violations arising out of billing practices for the uninsured.

Before joining O'Melveny, Jason was associated with law firms in Los Angeles and Honolulu, Hawaii. In Honolulu he served the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney as project director for Operation Weed & Seed, an innovative law enforcement program designed to improve the quality of life in high-crime neighborhoods.
