Law Firm Overview

My firm is a civil practice in Lenexa, Kansas. I have practiced in Kansas for over fifteen years. My practice is primarily in the area of bankruptcy and family law. I also do some real estate, probate and criminal matters.

I put an emphasis on communicating with my clients and explaining the law fully to them. Bankruptcy is a complicated legal matter in which I often spend many hours explaining the various options available and providing counsel as to that which would best address the debtor's situation.

Divorce exacts a heavy emotional toll. I attempt to be available, informed of the law and offer a calm and detached analysis of the legal problems involved. I make every effort to see that if a case that can be resolved without trial, it is done so. This minimizes the financial burden on the client.

On both bankruptcy and divorce matters, I offer installment payments and fixed fees. This enables the client to face predictability in knowing what their financial responsibility will be and avoiding misunderstanding or unexpected legal fee obligations. I offer free consultation during weekdays on bankruptcy and divorce matters. I offer free evening and weekend hours by appointment.
