Charles Pugh and Michalisa Marshall together have over 30 years experience in handling litigation and civil matters. Charles Pugh now focuses his practice on special education and education law. Michalisa Marshall is Of Counsel to the firm. She acts primarily in a review and advice capacity.

Charles Pugh has been a civil litigator for over 17 years. During that time, he has served as legal counsel to both individuals and Fortune 500 companies, handling a state-wide trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. As an attorney for the Philadelphia law firm of Rawle & Henderson, and other well-regarded litigation law firms, Mr. Pugh has handled complex product liability and commercial cases, as well as personal injury matters, for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Pugh graduated cum laude from the Temple University School of Law in 1985. While in law school, he received the Barrister's Award for Trial Advocacy, and served as a teaching assistant in trial practice. In 1999, Mr. Pugh returned to Temple University School of Law for advanced education and training in litigation and trial practice, graduating in May 1999 with an LL.M. Degree in Trial Advocacy. Mr. Pugh completed undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University, graduating with a B.A. Degree in English Literature in 1968. He also holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Temple University. For seven years, Mr. Pugh served as a part-time Lecturer in Business Law for Penn State University (Delaware County).

Michalisa Marshall has over 20 years experience as a litigator, handling a wide variety of civil cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. She has served as an attorney at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, a major state-wide civil litigation law firm, and has served as "of counsel" to several litigation firms. Ms. Marshall is a 1981 graduate of Temple University School of Law, where she also received the Barrister's Award for Trial Advocacy. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Joseph's College in Philadelphia, graduating in 1976.
