Allan Manka has practiced litigation in Texas for 30 years, having tried hundreds of cases, from traffic tickets to death penalty cases, from changing visitation to complex divorce and custody cases, in all levels of Texas trial courts and in the Federal Courts of Texas.  Mr. Manka is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, State Bar, and College of the State Bar of Texas.  Mr. Manka is licensed to practice in all the Texas State courts, and the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
