Peter Lawrence is a partner in the firm's Private Equity practice. He concentrates his practice in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine investments and general corporate matters. Peter represents private equity funds, publicly held corporations, privately held businesses and individual investors in a broad range of transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, mezzanine investments, and venture capital financings.

Peter has represented several prominent private equity firms with respect to their mergers and acquisitions and the related debt and equity financings. Some of these firms include: Code Hennessy &; Simmons, Wynnchurch Capital and Prospect Partners. Peter has also represented several publicly-held companies with respect to their mergers and acquisitions, such as The Rank Group plc, IAWS Group plc, and Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. His transactional experience encompasses numerous industries and market segments.
