Daniel L. Overbey is a partner practicing in the areas of Litigation, Business and Family Law.  Daniel is originally from Daytona Beach, Florida .  He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida .  After college, Daniel served for 13 years as a Police Sergeant with the Daytona Beach Police Department.  Daniel earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was a Thomas J. White Scholar and the Production Editor of the Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy.  Daniel began his legal career with a large Chicago  law firm, where he practiced in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Products Liability and White Collar Criminal Defense.  Daniel is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and is a member of the Trial Bar of the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
