Our attorneys, Leslie O. Wickham, Jr. and Joseph B. Chambliss, Jr., each bring over 20 years of practice experience to every case. Both are seasoned litigators admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of North Carolina , as well as, the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Wickham is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by the North Carolina State Bar. For over two decades, he has focused on workers' compensation law and has tried cases to opinion and award in at least 25 counties. Rather than settling, he has taken these cases all the way through decision by the North Carolina Industrial Commission. In addition, Mr. Wickham is a former Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, and is a former Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.  Mr. Wickham has also deposed over 100 doctors in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York .

Mr. Chambliss has over 20 years of experience practicing law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a prominent Raleigh insurance defense firm, where he handled cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, property claims and contract disputes. He has taken over 30 jury trials to verdict. He understands how "the other side" works and uses his valuable experience to provide effective, skillful representation to his clients.

Mr. Chambliss is available to be a mediator and is certified with the North Carolina Superior Court Mediator Dispute Resolution Commission.  He is available to do so in the triangle area including Wake, Orange, Durham, Person, Chatham, Johnston, Granville, H arnett and  Dare Counties in any civil superior matters.  Mr. Chambliss is also available to conduct workers' compensation mediations through the North Carolina Industrial Commission.  He is also available to be an arbitrator for your case, and he welcomes referrals from attorneys regarding insurance matters.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and we are conveniently located parallel to Interstate 85, just off exit 173.

Home and hospital visits are available by appointment .
