The Monckton Law Firm is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, which is the heart of the Grand Strand. There are two attorneys in our firm and we concentrate our practice in a few selected areas so that we may better serve our clients needs.

Our firm focuses its practice in the areas of State and Federal Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, General Litigation and Worker's Compensation. We are all experienced trial attorneys and represent our clients in all state and federal courts.
