Formed in 1996, founding attorney, Kurt Faux followed his vision of a law practice that not only provided quality legal representation but also a personal zeal that aims to deliver a reassuring touch to his clients through adequate communication and thorough study of each case file. The Faux Law Group has represented numerous claims and lawsuits involving hotels, residential homes, schools, airports, landscaping, commercial buildings, detention centers, public works projects, swimming pools, hospitals, recreational facilities, high-rise luxury condominiums, parking structures, re-modeling projects and all aspects of surety bonds and claims, mechanics liens, lien claims, personal injury, and general litigation. Our firm also handles conflict referrals from various law firms and we respect the relationship between all our referring firms and their clients.
