Lawyer Overview

Mr. Bryan is a partner with Friday, Eldredge & Clark LLP in its general litigation section.  His practice focuses on defense of lawsuits --whether filed against individuals, small businesses or larger corporations.  Past litigation and trial experience in federal and state courts include defense of claims in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, insurance coverage issues, and contract matters.  Mr. Bryan handles premises liability matters for a variety of retailers and business owners around the state.  He has extensive experience in and currently handles the defense of claims for medical and dental malpractice.

He has recent education and training in environmental and toxic tort claims.  This includes courses in the history, science and trends of silica and asbestos litigation.  He has served on the national litigation defense team for one of the firm's clients in its defense of toxic tort lawsuits.

Additionally, he handles real estate related litigation related to foreclosure, liens on real property, leasehold estates and unlawful detainer.  He also has experience in the litigation of trust and estate matters.  

Mr. Bryan works in both the firm's Little Rock and Fayetteville offices.
