At Rubinstein & Holz, we practice exclusively in marital and family law in order to deliver professional, high quality legal services to our clients.

Alan Rubinstein and Rana Holz are board certified marital and family lawyers – specialists who handle legal problems arising from family relationships, including divorce, property division, paternity, parenting and custody of children, prenuptial agreements, alimony, child support, modification, relocation, enforcement actions, and related appeals. Alan Rubinstein and Rana Holz are trial lawyers who are ready and able to litigate to conclusion when settlement cannot be accomplished. However, we aim to resolve disputes without court intervention whenever possible. We routinely participate in mediation and settlement conferences, and use alternative resolution techniques with a high degree of success.

With over 50 years of combined legal experience, our attorneys use their knowledge of the law to advise clients of their rights under the law and explore realistic options at every stage of a family law case. Every situation is unique and deserves focused, intelligent representation. Each client is treated with respect while working in partnership to meet their legal needs and goals. We employ the latest communications and legal technology, while employing cost effective methods to deliver services in a professional, but friendly atmosphere. We maintain a support network of experts to provide financial, mental health and investigative assessments.

Most importantly, we understand the need for balance in advocating for our clients. Changes in family relationships are difficult for everyone involved, especially children. It is our pledge to listen to and communicate with our clients to achieve their needs and goals, while trying not to impair a relationship that is going through a significant transition.

We represent individuals primarily in Lee County, Florida, including the cities of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs and Lehigh Acres. Our practice is located in Fort Myers, Florida and we have represented individuals throughout the 20th judicial circuit, which includes Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades Counties.
