After graduating from some of the highest ranked law schools in the country, Michael Valenti, John Hanley and Mark Robinson, the partners of VHR, began their careers at large, well-established, regional law firms in Louisville, Kentucky. During their tenure at these firms, they were required to consistently meet and exceed the expectations of the most demanding of clients by providing the highest quality legal representation.

While working at these larger firms, the partners of VHR saw the need for an innovative law firm offering unparalleled legal representation across many practice areas combined with the personal client time and attention that only a smaller firm could provide. Since its inception, VHR has experienced gradual, sustained growth through the addition of lawyers with a wide range of experience and backgrounds.

VHR currently consists of nine attorneys dedicated to successfully serving the best interests of each and every one of its clients. Because of VHR's lower overhead structure and other cost efficiencies, we are often able to partner with clients by offering flexible fee structures and other creative working arrangements that larger firms are not typically willing or able to provide.
