Brad Brasser practices in the areas of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings in a variety of business sectors, including the building products, energy, and health care industries. Brad also has worked on M&A transactions involving public mergers and private acquisitions.

Brad has represented issuers and security holders in connection with debt and equity recapitalizations as well, including exchange offers, cash tender offers, leveraged buyouts, and in-court and out-of-court restructurings. In addition to his transactional work, he has served as outside securities counsel to a number of public companies, advising clients on a range of corporate governance, disclosure, and compliance matters.

Brad has recently worked closely with Bon Secours Health System, Cumulus Media, Fox-Pitt Kelton, Georgia Gulf Corporation, JohnsonDiversey, Metaldyne, Morgan Keegan, Sprint Nextel, USG Corporation, and Xcel Energy.
