The firm was established in 1997.  We are located in the San Juan Metropolitan Area.  Our service is Island wide. We are a 7 attorney firm with a large support staff. We have three major practice areas:

Plaintiff personal injury:  Strictly serving the injured in State and Federal Court for the District of Puerto Rico.  We have ample experience in personal injury matters.  We also serve as Pro Hac Vice Attorneys when requested.

Commercial and Regulatory Practice:  We provide advice to clients and participate in litigation of commercial disputes. Serving Distributors, Sales Representatives, Principals, Banks and Mortgage Banks; Corporations; Franchises and Franchisees

Real Estate Practice:  Seving corporations, Real Estate Companies, Mortgage Banks, Real Estate Brokers and Agents; Individuals and Investors;  Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate. Lessors and Lessees;

We also serve as Notary Publics for all types of legal instruments, to include mortgages,  purchase and sale deeds and powers of attorney in accordance with Puerto Rico Law.  We help clients in inheritance matters.
