LITIGATION

We will provide litigation assistance in all levels of the New York State Courts, as well as all levels of the Federal Courts, including Bankruptcy Court.

We recognize that litigation is frequently a last resort to resolving disputes or vindicating rights. In addition, we will represent you in hearings before administrative agencies in our practice areas. We will also represent you in mediations and arbitrations before such bodies as the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

We realize, as attorneys, that litigation may be the only way to resolve disputes. We are also sensitive to the costs associated with litigation and believe, in appropriate cases, that negotiation and mediation may better serve the interests of particular clients. Obviously, each case and matter has to be individually evaluated with respect to the best result oriented approach to take.

We will provide you with a risk benefit analysis if litigation is indicated, as well as a budget of the estimate costs. We will explain, in easy to understand terms, the tactics and strategies which intend to employ and the reasons. We will provide you with copies of all litigation papers and will happily answer and explain any questions you may have.
