Bishop London Brophy & Dodds PC is a litigation law firm.  We help people or entities that need to bring a lawsuit or defend those that have been sued.  We advise clients on the economic viability of litigation versus other alternatives such as mediation or arbitration.  Our primary focus is resolving disputes to best advance our clients's interests.  We also provide mediation services.

Reputation for Expertise - The State Bar of Texas frequently seeks out the expertise of the partners of  Bishop London Brophy & Dodds and asks them to educate lawyers around the state.    Dan Bishop has for several years given the speech on Business Torts at the State Bar's Litigation Update Seminar and has been a speaker at the StateBar Advanced Business Litiagtion Course.  Alice London has also been a speaker at the State Bar's Litigation Update seminar and at the 2004 State Bar Advanced Civil Trial Course on Jury Selection trends.

Leadership - Recognized by other lawyers for their leadership, the partners have been elected to serve as officers of various bar organizations.   Dan Bishop served as President of the Austin Young Lawyers Association and is on the National Board of the American Board of Trial Advocates.  Alice London has served on the Board of Directors of the Travis County Bar Association and President of the Capitol Area Trial Lawyers.  Joseph Brophy has been on the Board of Directors for the Austin Young Lawyers and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
