Dave Huston and John Higgins both followed the career paths of their fathers into the practice of law. The firm has former members who went on to become judges in the Nebraska Supreme Court and County Court. The current firm members have practiced extensively in both State and Federal Courts. The State Court practice focuses primarily in courts in the central Nebraska region.

The firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil trial settings. Our primary emphasis is to represent injured people and workers. Our firm members strongly believe that they are well qualified to assist out-of-state clients in their litigation needs. The firm’s philosophy is to provide innovative legal solutions to clients in need, in a timely fashion.
