Moore, Virgadamo & Lynch, Ltd. was established in 1919 by our founding partner, Cornelius C. Moore. Originally located in Newport, Rhode Island, we have recently relocated our firm to modern facilities located in the Aquidneck Corporate Park at 97 John Clarke Road in Middletown, Rhode Island. Our move has allowed us to update our equipment and technology in order to serve our clients with the greatest efficiency, competence and economy.

Our firm is a full service law firm, representing and advising clients in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate, Medicaid planning, guardianships, business services, zoning, land use and subdivision and civil litigation in all courts. Representative clients include local financial institutions, a local University, Newport's largest entertainment complex, several real estate developers, real estate agencies and condominium associations and marine and tourism-related businesses. We are approved attorneys for all title insurance companies operating locally. In addition, we represent many small businesses and individuals who rely on us to address any legal matter requiring resolution. Our clientele is drawn from throughout Rhode Island, and especially from Newport and Washington Counties.

Our mission as a firm is to represent our clients zealously, to provide them with the highest quality of legal services, to provide these services promptly and in the most efficient manner possible, to quickly respond to client contacts and to keep clients apprised of the status of their matters as well as changes in the law as it may affect them.
