Established in 1980, Brustein & Manasevit is recognized for its federal education regulatory and legislative practice. Located in the historic Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., Brustein & Manasevit has provided legal advice regarding federal education programs such as the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) (also known as the No Child Left Behind Act), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (CTE) and Workforce Investment Act (WIA), as well as the Higher Education Act.
