Jonathan Handler's practice in complex commercial litigation involves the representation of corporate clients in tort and contract disputes, with an emphasis on large-scale commercial and insurance-related matters. He has represented and advised clients in state and federal courts in Massachusetts in a wide variety of disputes, including matters involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, securities, tortious interference, insurance subrogation, and complex products liability.
