With an office in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the firm is engaged in the general civil practice of law, with approximately 85% of our practice devoted to litigation in all State and Federal Courts in Wyoming. The firm represents professionals, insurance companies, corporations, and other businesses in the areas of products liability, professional liability, personal injury, insurance, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. Additionally, Lathrop & Rutledge, P.C., frequently serves as lead, as well as local counsel to out of state clients for Wyoming legal matters. The firm has the combined experience of over 100 years handling complex defense litigation.
