Michael H. Erde Mr. Erde's career is distinguished by its commitment to helping older and disabled persons. An active member of his community, Mr. Erde served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and as a former chairman of its Estate Tax and Elder Law Committee. He has also served as chairman for the Chicago Bar Association's Probate Committee and the Illinois Bar Association's Trust Committee. Mr. Erde completed the National Elder Law Foundation's certification requirements, making him a certified Elder Law attorney*. Furthering his commitment to older and disabled citizens, he is also a former member of the Illinois Alliance for Aging and the board secretary for the Greater North Shore Estate and Financial Planning Council. Mr. Erde acted as the founder of the Chicago Bar Association's Asset Protection Committee and chairman of its Elder Law Committee. Mr. Erde has provided lectures for a large number of corporations on the topics of estate planning, probate, elder law and trusts. He has also been fortunate to speak on these same subjects on television and radio. He has created and delivered presentations for the U.S. Customs Service, the Controller of the Currency, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Jennifer Hahn Axelsen Ms. Axelsen served as a trust officer for First American Bank in its Trust Department. Her responsibilities involved administering estates and trusts. In addition to her law degree and practice as an attorney, Ms. Axelsen is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Her certified status requires continuing education to stay up-to-date of recent developments in the area. She earned her certification through the ABA's National Trust School and Graduate Trust School. For the past three years she has worked for Michael H.
