Duff & White, L.L.C. represents educational institutions, governmental and nonprofit entities, as well as businesses throughout the Carolinas in five practice areas. The firm's primary objective is to help clients avoid legal problems by providing counseling, training, and policy development. All attorneys of the firm are admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. In addition, Mr. Duff is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
