Greg Gorospe represents clients in the areas of real estate joint ventures, lending, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and corporate finance. He has significant experience in the development, financing, and lease out of retail centers and multifamily projects. Greg also counsels clients in the issuance of publicly traded notes.

Greg has advised a variety of clients such as Brush Engineered Materials, Charter One Bank, Continental Real Estate, Greystar Real Estate Partners, Meadowlands Development, Sprint Nextel, and Trammell Crow Residential. Representative transactions include the lease out of Meadowlands Xanadu, the 2.3 million square foot entertainment and retail complex located in the Meadowlands of New Jersey; numerous joint ventures, loans, and dispositions for various apartment and condominium projects for Trammell Crow Residential and Greystar Real Estate Partners; and the issuance of billions of dollars of publicly traded debt for Sprint and Nextel.

Greg chairs the Diversity Task Force in Jones Day's Columbus Office. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has spoken at their annual conventions. Greg is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
