Greg Gorospe's experience is concentrated in the areas of real estate, leasing, real estate finance, lending, and corporate finance. He has negotiated and helped to structure retail, office, industrial, and commercial leases and has extensive experience in the development, financing, and lease out of retail centers.

Greg has structured, negotiated, and documented a variety of financing arrangements, including secured and unsecured single bank and syndicated credit agreements; senior, subordinated, and senior/subordinated loans; mezzanine loans; permanent loans; and acquisition financings. He also has represented issuers and credit users in public and private corporate debt offerings, bond offerings, and equity offerings, with particular experience in high-yield debt.

Greg has broad experience in assembling ventures for the acquisition, development, and ownership of real estate developments, notably retail properties, multifamily residential projects, and other commercial properties. He is experienced in structuring construction and permanent financing of such projects through a variety of means, including first lien loans, mezzanine financings, forward contracts, equity participations, bond offerings, and other funding models. Greg also advises corporate clients (both real estate clients and those whose primary business is not real estate) with their real estate portfolios, including lease negotiations and acquisitions and dispositions of owned properties.

Representative clients that Greg has advised include Meadowlands Development, Continental Real Estate Companies, Trammell Crow Residential, Nextel Communications, and Brush Engineered Materials.

Greg is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association (Real Estate and Corporate Counsel Sections).
