Reynold Aust's practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution.

In recent years, Reynold has devoted the majority of his time to consumer electronics and computer related intellectual property cases. He has worked extensively on litigation matters involving computer systems architecture, disk drive design, memory systems architecture, and operating systems. In addition, Reynold has patent experience in the mechanical and electrical arts. His primary technological focus has been in the electrical and computer technologies, with emphasis in software patent protection.

Prior to attending law school, Reynold worked as a software engineer for GTE.
