My law practice is limited to real estate, estate planning, probate and commercial matters. I have 34 years of legal and real estate experience in the office and in the courtroom. My source of business is from solely by referral from my friends and clients. Most of my clients are individuals in need of legal or settlement services. The main focus of my practice is real estate settlements of which I have personally handled over 19,000, residential and commercial. My staff have been with me for many years and all have spent their entire careers in title examination, underwriting title insurance and processing settlements. We are not a high volume, assembly line firm but strive to provide timely, effective and personal service. Unlike most settlement agents, we perform our own title examinations which results in a quick and consistently accurate product at less cost to the consumer.

Settlements are handled personally by me and the legal implications of all doumentation involved are reviewed and explained. You will also have an opportunity to have your legal questions answered from a background of experience.

Two areas of my real estate practice that are expanding are processing tax deferred exchanges under Section 1031 of the IRS Code through a qualified intermediary and representing buyers and sellers who are acting without real estate agents from the preparation of a sales contract, arranging financing and completing settlement.

My practice also includes the preparation of wills, revocable living trusts, and probate matters including litigation.

The remainder of my practice is focused on business and commercial matters including the formation and continued oversight of corporations, limited liability companies.
