The oldest pre-cursor to the firm was established in Spokane, Washington in 1926. The firm has evolved over the years to become a trial, appellate and commercial practice in diverse areas. The firm's areas of concentration are in tort law, handling major personal injury, defective product and medical malpractice law suits, commercial litigation, estate planning and probate and family law, including children's rights. The firm represents both injured people and insurance defense clients, in the belief that understanding both sides of the process allows stronger, more creative representation for the client, regardless whether the client is suing or being sued. The firm also represents municipal corporate entities, and closely held corporations in diverse industries throughout the Inland Northwest.
