For almost forty years, I have represented individual and business clients in a wide variety of matters involving civil, commercial, business, and intellectual property law. Since graduating from Harvard University Law School in 1965, I have practiced primarily in the Washington D.C. area, but have been responsible for litigation in many courts in the country.
