    Practice areas:

  • Kathryn's practice concentrates on counseling and assisting individuals with debt problems or other consumer issues. Bankruptcy is often the best solution to getting a client's financial affairs in order, and Kathryn will apply her experience and knowledge to help you determine the best overall plan and solution to your financial problems. Additionally, she handles probate cases, wills, miscellaneous property law issues, as well as personal injury and transactional work for individuals and small businesses.

Bankruptcy Code Changes: Even with recent changes to the Bankruptcy Code,  most individuals with consumer debt can still get the most comprehensive solutions to their debt problems by filing for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Kathryn will analyze your situation under the new laws and help you decide how to proceed, whether it be through bankruptcy or other avenues.

Client Service: Kathryn believes she can better serve her clients as a solo practioner, and you receive "hands on" personal attention from her for your legal needs. No problem is too large or too small to discuss with her. She offers a free 30 minute office consultation, and works on a reasonable hourly or  flat fee basis, depending on the case and circumstances. She feels it is most important to be accessible to her clients, and keeps her practice small in order to provide individual attention to each client.
