Steve’s practice focuses on litigating commercial and employment-related disputes. He has tried cases in the state and federal courts throughout the eastern and central parts of Pennsylvania. He has argued before all of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts. He frequently serves at the request of the Court and other attorneys as a mediator or arbitrator. He has tried cases involving:

Steve earned his degrees from George Washington University and Widener University School of Law. He served as solicitor for Northampton County’s Department of Human Services, Division of Children, Youth ? Families. Steve has lectured extensively on Pennsylvania’s sovereign and governmental immunity statutes.

Steve currently chairs the Northampton County Civil Rules Committee, and has organized both the Stepping Out program and Mock Trial Competition for Northampton County high school students.

He is an avid Phillies fan and one of his prized possessions is the foul ball he caught during the final season in Veteran's Stadium.
