Law Firm Overview

We are a disability law firm that concentrates in representing Veterans from all branches of the military in disability claims throughout the country.

We also represent disabled Social Security claimants and those who are injured due to the negligence of others (personal injury) or through their employment (Worker's Compensation).

The firm was founded by Wade R. Bosley and Robert W. Schatz in 1980 as a general practice firm that prided itself on representing individuals and not corporations.

Over the years the firm has evolved. In 1995, Wade added representing Veterans to the firm's practice areas. In 2000, the firm changed from one of general practice to one whose mission is to assist injured and disabled people. Since that time the firm has seen tremendous growth. We now have four attorneys with a support staff of five.

Two of our attorneys, Wade R. Bosley, and Ralph J. Bratch limit their practice to representing Veterans across the United States in both service connected disability compensation claims and non-service connected pension claims.

James A. McKown, Jr. represents Social Security claimants and appears at hearings in Indiana. However, he would be happy to talk to any Veteran who has Social Security questions. If he is unable to represent you, he will be happy to give you a reference for attorneys in your area who concentrate their practice in Social Security disability.

Robert W. Schatz has represented plaintiffs in personal injury and worker's compensation cases since the firm began in 1980 and he continues to do so today.
