Kent’s oldest law firm, Williams, Welser & Kratcoski, LLC has been in practice since 1950. In 1981, the firm renovated and moved its offices to the historic Gifford building, located on the corner of West Main Street and South River Street overlooking the Cuyahoga River in downtown Kent, Ohio.
