Biancheria, Eriksen & Maliver, P.C., is devoted to representing the victims of medical malpractice. Each case is handled under the guidance of Deborah S. Maliver, M.D. Dr. Maliver is a physician who is board-certified in internal medicine, and she is also an attorney at law. Typically, we represent our clients on a contingency-fee basis, which means that you will not be charged for our services if we do not see to it that you are compensated for your injuries and losses.
