PHILIP J. MILLER is a partner in our Milwaukee office where his practice includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, marital property, business succession planning, and elder law.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of Boston College (B.S. Accounting, cum laude, 1984) and Marquette University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1987).

Mr. Miller is a speaker for continuing education courses with the State Bar of Wisconsin, and is a frequent speaker to other professional and community groups on the subjects of estate planning, business succession planning, marital property, probate, and medical assistance. He is a former member of the adjunct faculty at Marquette University Law School.

Mr. Miller is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. He is also a past President of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Council. Mr. Miller was named a ""Wisconsin Super Lawyer"" in 2005 and 2006 by Milwaukee Magazine and Law & Politics magazine, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
