Summary

Law Firm Overview

Scott D. Hall, Attorney at Law was founded in 1993. My firm was built on an ideal: to provide every client with the highest degree of personal service a law firm can provide. My goal was, and continues to be, to tailor a strategy and execute a plan which provides each client optimum results.

More than 15 years later, I still operate according to that same principle. I consult with my clients about their goals and develop solutions that help achieve those goals. When you hire me, you can be assured that I will consider every facet of your claim or case. I devise strategies for business formation, assist in personal, business, and commercial debt collection, and represent clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings. Contact me for more information.

I have been practicing law for more than 15 years. I received an undergraduate degree in finance, cum laude, from Florida State University. I obtained my juris doctorate degree from the University of Tennessee before doing contract and licensing work for Texas Instruments. I am licensed to practice in Tennessee, and am admitted to the bars of the United States District Court for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

I am a member of the Knox County and Tennessee Bar Associations and a former secretary and treasurer for the Sevier County Bar Association. I spent four years on the board of directors and am a former vice president of the Knoxville Legal Aid Society.

For more information about my practice, contact Scott D. Hall, Attorney at Law in Sevierville. As a business and litigation lawyer, my mission is to provide client-oriented service that protects your interests. Call (865) 428-9900 to learn more.
