Holly Hearn practices labor and employment law, representing employers in single plaintiff and class action litigation, mediation, arbitration and administrative proceedings before the EEOC, Department of Labor and OFCCP in issues ranging from race and gender discrimination, noncompete and trade secret disputes, to wage and hour violations. She also counsels employers, negotiates and drafts employment contracts, and trains managers and employees regarding employment laws. She possesses substantial experience in collaborating with clients to construct custom-tailored alternative billing arrangements. Holly is a frequent speaker on issues relating to employment law, sexual harassment, recruiting and retaining employees, and litigation/trial skills.
